Part Uno. to kill a mockingbird (1/22)
January 22, 2007
On your own blog leave a post disussing the childhood world of Jem, Scout, and Dill and their relationship with Boo Radley in Part One. Do you have any idea what role Boo Radley is going to play in the book? Do you think that he is representative of anything?
jem, scout, and dill make up little play like mini drama things about what they thing boo radley is like. they want to get him to come out of his house, but are also afraid of seeing him. i think he’s going to help the children learn about what’s right and wrong, and help them understand how everyone is equal, even if you black or locked up in a house….i have know idea what he might represent, except maybe a mockingbird, because its a sin to kill them because they don’t harm anyone, and it’s like boo is dead because he’s locked up in his house.
